How to Use Egg Molds 101

Step #1: Coat silicone mold with cooking spray 

Step#2: Heat pan for 30 secs.

Step #3: Pour egg whites around, hold yolk

Step #4: Pour yolk into designated eye socket area

Step #5: Change heat setting to low & cover pan for 4 mins.

Step #6: Slowly remove silicone mold (around edges)

These require a little bit of practice when placing the eggs in the molds, but after a few tasty tries, you’ll be serving the most fun fried eggs on the block.
